Privacy notice
Amistan Solutions, Rabat, Morocco. This describes what we actually do, not what a template says we might.
What we hold, and when
When you start an enquiry we create a record before you have given us your name — at that point it holds only what you have chosen: a destination, a month, a group size. If you never finish, that is all it ever holds, and it is not linked to you.
At the last step you give us a name, an email address and optionally a telephone number, and you consent to us holding them. That is the moment the record becomes personal data, and we record the timestamp of that consent against it.
Handicaps
We ask for every golfer's handicap because Moroccan clubs cap what they accept and check at the desk. We hold it to work out which courses are open to your group, and for no other purpose. A handicap is not sensitive data, but it is somebody else's if you entered it on their behalf — tell them.
Who sees it
The specialists and editors who work here. Not advertisers, not data brokers, and not other clients. If you ask for a destination we do not cover we will offer to pass you to a partner, and we will name them and ask first.
Quote links
Your quote is reached by a link, not a password. We store only a one-way hash of that link, so somebody with a copy of our database cannot open your quote. The link expires thirty days after we send it.
